I'm sure you've heard the saying, you are what you eat, even though many people still do not realize that what we eat can actually affect their skin as well as various other aspects of their lives.

Our skin is made worse in recent decades. In the past, people cooked and made more meals from scratch, while today convenience rules most of the time. This often means quick and easy ready meals laced with additives and full with almost no nutritional content in them. It is recommended to drink about 8 glasses of water a day, even though all depends on how active. If you are fairly active, you may need more than 8 glasses a day to keep your skin properly hydrated.However, if not almost nothing during the day, you may not need to drink as much as usual. The general rule is to look at the color of your urine when you go to the bathroom. If it is a lighter color of champagne, it is enough fluid in you, if you do not need to be drinking more water!Overall, a healthy diet is essential if you want healthy skin. Obviously you will need to exercise, and get much sleep too much, but having a healthy diet are contributing to have healthy, glowing skin!
